The Turks and Caicos Islands Medical Association (TCIMA) is registered as a Non-Profit Organization (NPO) company under the Turks and Caicos Islands Ordinance and NPO Regulations 2017.
The Registered Office of the TCIMA is at Taino Management Ltd, Stanfield Greene Attorneys, Suite 201A Graceway House, Leeward Highway, Providenciales .
The Objects of the TCIMA

To promote the interests of the medical profession and especially to secure the conditions which will make it possible for them to render to their society the best professional services possible.

To maintain the honour and interests of the medical profession.

To defend the integrity and professional freedom of the medical profession.

To assist the medical profession individually and collectively in the exercise of their full rights as citizens to enable them to deliver health care in the best interest of the people.

To encourage and defend the members of the medical profession in the exercise of their full rights as citizens and in the interest of patient care and safety.

To promote the health sciences and the better health of individuals and the communities in which they live.

To obtain for the medical profession the opportunity to participate actively at all levels in the formulation of national medical health policies in The Turks and Caicos Islands.

To co-operate with Governments, Universities, Foundations, and any organization in any endeavor designed to improve the health standards of The Turks and Caicos Islands.

To establish and strengthen ties between the TCIMA and other Medical Associations regionally and internationally and to establish and maintain facilities for continuing medical education research and other such activities.

To sponsor and support medical conferences, seminars, and courses to enable continuing medical and professional development of medical practitioners and health literacy of the population
